Job summary

Clear Choice Remodeling is seeking an experienced Production Manager - Bath to lead and support our bathroom remodeling operations in Austin, TX. This hands-on leadership role covers the entire installation process from demolition to completion, overseeing schedules, materials, and quality workmanship.

You will coach and mentor bath crews, conduct site visits, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining safety standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct, hands‑on bathroom remodeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of bath and shower replacement systems, waterproofing, framing, drywall, plumbing coordination, and finish work.
• Ability to identify and resolve installation issues in the field.
• Experience reading measurements, scopes of work, and installation specifications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lead crews and earn respect through industry knowledge and expertise.
