Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct, hands-on bathroom remodeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of bath and shower replacement systems, waterproofing, framing, drywall, plumbing coordination, and finish work.
• Ability to identify and resolve installation issues in the field.
• Experience reading measurements, scopes of work, and installation specifications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lead crews and earn respect through industry knowledge and expertise.
• Preferred qualifications: overseeing installation teams or leading installers, residential remodeling or bath replacement systems, familiarity with project scheduling and production management processes.
