Job summary

Clear Choice Remodeling is seeking an experienced Production Manager - Bath to lead our bathroom remodeling operations in Austin, TX. This hands-on role covers the full installation process from demolition to completion.

You will supervise and mentor bath installation crews, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards while delivering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct hands-on bathroom remodeling experience.
• Knowledge of bath/shower replacement systems, waterproofing, framing, drywall, plumbing coordination, finish work.
• Ability to identify and resolve installation issues in the field.
• Experience reading measurements, scopes of work, and installation specifications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lead crews and earn respect through industry knowledge and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee residential bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate installation schedules, materials, and project timelines.
• Support and mentor bath installation crews to ensure quality workmanship.
• Conduct job site visits and inspections to maintain company standards.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, installation teams, and company leadership.
• Maintain safety standards and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.
