Naturpak is seeking a BBL Associate - Batcher in Janesville, WI to accurately prepare, formulate, and process product batches according to approved recipes and quality standards. This role requires precision to ensure batch consistency and safety.

The Batcher works with the production team to meet timelines, operates kettles, mixers, and blenders, and maintains batch records while upholding GMP, allergen control, and sanitation procedures in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or batching/formulation role.
• Ability to read and follow batch records, recipes, and written/verbal instructions.
• Mathematical ability to calculate weights, ratios, and adjust batch quantities as needed.
• Experience operating production equipment such as kettles, mixers, or fillers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, on spec product.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and allergen control principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, weigh, and combine ingredients accurately according to batch records and recipes.
• Operate batch processing equipment such as mixers, kettles, and blenders.
• Monitor batch parameters and collect samples for Quality Control.
• Coordinate with the R2 operator and production team on batch transfers.
• Complete batch records and verify ingredient lots, dates, and quantities.
• Manage ingredient inventory in the batching area and report shortages or quality concerns.
• Keep a clean, food safe batching area and follow all allergen and GMP procedures.
