Diamond Baseball Holdings is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive ticket sales for the Midland RockHounds in Midland, TX. You will prospect, renew memberships, and partner with marketing to create compelling programs in a community-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have a season of sports ticket sales, excellent communication, and a flexible schedule to accommodate game days and events across our ballparks and venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of one season in sports ticket sales.
• Proven track record in sales and building quality relationships.
• Friendly and professional telephone manners.
• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization with professionalism in the community.
• Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, appointments, stadium tours, and attending networking/community events.
• Renew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members.
• Work closely with sales and marketing departments to develop compelling sales programs and components focused on long-term business sustainability.
• Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression using tickets.com.
• Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals.
• Meet and/or exceed daily and weekly outbound call/appointment minimums.
• Contribute to overall operation by responding to needs in other areas.
• Sales prospecting & client servicing.
• Maintain, track, and update all sales activities in DBH360.
• Must work with a flexible work schedule that will include late nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays, game days, and special events.
