The Midland RockHounds, the Double-A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics, are seeking a Marketing, Communications & Merchandise Intern to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of a professional sports organization.

You will work with the Marketing and Merchandise teams on media relations, grassroots marketing, photography, community outreach, retail operations and game-day execution, helping engage fans and grow the club's presence in West Texas.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day media relations efforts, including preparing and distributing weekly updates and coordinating media credentials.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for media members on game days and maintain organized media contacts.
• Coordinate and capture game-day photography to document fan experiences, promotions, and events.
• Support grassroots marketing efforts across Midland, Odessa and West Texas communities with ticket offers and partnerships.
• Assist with Kids Club planning, member communications and fan engagement initiatives throughout the season.
• Help operate the Team Store, manage merchandise displays, and support online store promotions and stock management.
