Job summary

i9 Sports Corporation is hiring an Instructor for the Fall season at Valley Ridge Park (Saturday mornings). The role involves enforcing rules, acting as an on-field coach, and promoting a positive culture for youth players during every game day.

You will teach core concepts, maintain time and score, and demonstrate excellent customer service while ensuring safety and fun across all activities throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across email, text, verbal, and written interactions.
• Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work for the full duration of the 6-week season.
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
• Must have reliable transportation and be dependable; no callouts.

Job Summary

The Instructor is a critical role on any sports field; responsible for enforcing rules while also cultivating a positive culture, acting as an on-field coach, and advocating for the programs. This role has a direct impact on players, coaches, and spectators each and every game day.

We are currently hiring for the Fall season at the following location:

• Valley Ridge Park (Saturday mornings): 9/19-10/24
