Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of landscaping or grounds experience preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of sports field maintenance and related areas.
• Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.
• Must be able to work early mornings and weekends; some evenings may be required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain baseball fields (natural grass and synthetic surfaces) and common areas for safety, playability, and aesthetics.
• Perform mowing, edging, infield clay work, mound/home plate repair, tarp pulls, and pre/post game setup and repair.
• Manage daily assignments using CMMS (Hippo) software.
• Assist with setup/teardown of events (youth tournaments, camps, concerts, etc.).
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and guidelines.
