Job summary

Baltimore Orioles is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform daily repairs and upkeep of Ed Smith Stadium, the Baseball Operations Center, and the Buck O’Neil Baseball Complex. Qualifications

• Two or more trades experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC or painting.
• Working understanding of CMMS software and building systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical panels and related components.
• Perform interior/exterior facility upkeep including painting and drywall repairs.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor relations; ensure safety standards.
