Job summary

The Baltimore Ravens are seeking a motivated Summer Grounds Intern to assist with the maintenance of fields at the Under Armour Performance Center and M&T Bank Stadium. Responsibilities include mowing, fertilizing, and maintaining turf while providing operational support for NFL practice sessions.

This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work 40+ hours weekly, including evenings and weekends. Ideal candidates will have related education and a passion for football.

Qualifications

• Prior education and/or experience related to turf grass management is required.
• Self-motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for the profession.
• Must work 40+ hours per week including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mowing, irrigation, fertilizing, and turf maintenance.
• Support maintenance at the Under Armour Performance Center and M&T Bank Stadium.
• Provide support for NFL practice operations.
