Job summary

The Jackie Robinson Training Complex, operated by Major League Baseball in Vero Beach, FL, seeks a Manager, Grounds to lead daily grounds operations, maintenance, and safety across multiple fields and facilities. • Five years in athletic field/grounds management with leadership experience.
• Experience on baseball/softball surfaces, irrigation, drainage, and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily grounds operations and annual/seasonal planning.
• Recruit, train and supervise full-time and part-time staff.
• Oversee maintenance of golf-cart fleet and equipment; ensure safety compliance.
