Job summary

EAG-LED in Nashville is seeking energetic Event Staff and Tournament Directors to support the setup, operation, and flow of baseball tournaments. You will assist players, coaches, and families, ensuring games run on time and in a professional manner.

This role requires enthusiasm for baseball, strong customer service, and the ability to work weekends outdoors in a dynamic team setting. Training is provided, with opportunities to work at various local events.

As one of the world's largest sports sanctioning organizations, we host baseball events across the country and are continuing to grow. We're seeking motivated team members who are excited to help create a first-class experience for players, coaches, and families while representing our brand in the local community.
