Job summary

EAG-LED in Fort Walton Beach is looking for energetic Event Staff and Tournament Directors to support baseball tournaments. You will help set up and run events, assist coaches, players and families, and ensure games stay on schedule.

This role is outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with training provided and opportunities to work at other locations during the year. If you love baseball, apply today.

Do you have a passion for baseball and enjoy working with people? We're looking for energetic, reliable individuals to join our team as Event Staff and Tournament Directors in the Fort Walton Beach area!
As one of the world's largest sports sanctioning organizations, we host baseball events across the country and are continuing to grow. We're seeking motivated team members who are excited to help create a first-class experience for players, coaches, and families while representing our brand in the local community.
