EAG-LED in York, PA is seeking energetic individuals for Event Staff and Tournament Directors. Join a team that runs baseball tournaments, helping with setup, operations, and delivering a first-class experience for players, coaches, and families.

You'll support coaches, players, and families, ensure games run smoothly, work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, and represent the organization professionally. Training is provided, and weekend availability is preferred.

As one of the world\'s largest sports sanctioning organizations, we host baseball events across the country and are continuing to grow. We\'re seeking motivated team members who are excited to help create a first-class experience for players, coaches, and families while representing our brand in the local community.
