Job summary

EAG-LED in Chattanooga is seeking energetic individuals for an Event Staff and Tournament Directors role. You will help set up and run baseball tournaments, assist coaches, players, and families, and represent our organization with professionalism.

The position is based in the Chattanooga market with occasional opportunities to work at events in other locations. You will work outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and must be willing to learn and collaborate.

As one of the world's largest sports sanctioning organizations, we host baseball events across the country and are continuing to grow. We're seeking motivated team members who are excited to help create a first-class experience for players, coaches, and families while representing our brand in the local community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and operation of baseball tournaments
• Support coaches, players, and families throughout the event
• Help ensure games run smoothly and on schedule
• Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
