Job summary

EAG-LED in Saraland, AL, is seeking energetic Event Staff and Tournament Directors to help run baseball tournaments. You will assist with setup, support players, coaches and families, and ensure games run smoothly outdoors in a fast-paced team environment.

No prior experience required, training provided. Weekend availability is needed; strong customer service and communication skills are valued. Opportunities to work at events in other locations exist during the year.

As one of the world's largest sports sanctioning organizations, we host baseball events across the country and are continuing to grow. We're seeking motivated team members who are excited to help create a first-class experience for players, coaches, and families while representing our brand in the local community.
