Job summary

EAG-LED in Charleston, WV is seeking energetic Event Staff and Tournament Directors to help run baseball tournaments outdoors and deliver a first-class experience for players, coaches, and families.

You will assist with setup, operate events, support participants, and ensure games run on schedule while representing the brand in a professional, positive manner. Weekend availability is required; training provided.

This position offers dynamic, community-focused work in a fast-paced team environment.

As one of the world's largest sports sanctioning organizations, we host baseball events across the country and are continuing to grow. We're seeking motivated team members who are excited to help create a first-class experience for players, coaches, and families while representing our brand in the local community.
