Job summary

EAG-LED in Morgantown is seeking energetic Event Staff and Tournament Directors to help set up and run baseball tournaments. You will assist with operations, support coaches, players, and families, and ensure games run smoothly while representing our brand in the local community.

This role is outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; weekend availability is required. Previous baseball or sports experience is a plus, but not required, as training is provided to help you deliver a

As one of the world's largest sports sanctioning organizations, we host baseball events across the country and are continuing to grow. We're seeking motivated team members who are excited to help create a first-class experience for players, coaches, and families while representing our brand in the local community.
