Job summary

associacareers is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine preventive maintenance and a variety of repair tasks to keep facilities in good condition. You will handle carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs, and maintain fixtures and building systems on a day-to-day basis.

This role requires ability to operate ladders, lift up to 20 pounds frequently, and work in typical outdoor conditions. Overtime and on-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of directly related or closely related experience.
• Ability to operate ladders and perform physical tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems operating efficiently.
• Carry out carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to maintain building condition.
• Clean and repair fixtures such as lights, locks, windows, doors, walls, floors, gutters and drains.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on systems and equipment as needed.
• Maintain company issued vehicle with routine PMs and oil changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
