Job summary

Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for Facilities Maintenance Operations at Fort Leonard Wood and Lake of the Ozarks base. The role leads engineering, maintenance, operations, safety, and quality programs, directing BASEOPs staff and ensuring performance against the PWS.

Strong communication, leadership, and cost control are essential. The ideal candidate has military base facilities experience, CMMS familiarity, and a track record of managing large, multi-discipline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Master's degree preferred in engineering, construction management, or business administration.
• Five years of base support or facility management experience with >$20M annual revenue.
• Military environment experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary POC between the company and Government for all contract matters with KO, COR, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure contract execution aligns with policies, processes, and deliverables.
• Manage large workforce including subcontractors; hire, mentor, and counsel staff.
• Accountable for non-conformance reports, contract P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Support contingency planning and environmental/compliance obligations.
