Job summary

Ahtna Inc is seeking a Project Manager to act as the senior on-site representative for the Fort Leonard Wood BASOPS contract. The PM will have full authority on contract matters and serve as the main interface with government personnel and stakeholders.

The PM will lead a multidisciplinary workforce across Fort Leonard Wood and the Lake of the Ozarks Recreation Area, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective performance of facilities and support services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; relevant work experience may substitute for education.
Five years of base support management or comparable contract experience.
U.S. citizenship and valid driver’s license required.
Tier 1 background investigation and Government credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and management of contract performance and ensure compliance with laws and standards.
Maintain on-site authority and serve as the primary company interface with government points of contact.
Supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across multiple contract functional areas.
Oversee safety, quality control, and environmental compliance programs.
Prepare and present recurring operational, financial, and performance reports.
