Job summary

Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation in Fort Benning, GA seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead BASEOPs operations, oversee engineering, maintenance, safety, and quality programs, and serve as the primary liaison with the Government.

You will manage budgets, manpower, subcontractors, and reporting, ensure compliance with regulations, drive cost savings, and foster a safety-first culture across multi-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years in base support or facility management with >$20M annual revenue.
• Strong experience in base operations and facilities with safety focus.
• CMMS/work order management experience.
• GFEBS experience desired.
• Ability to obtain government security clearance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracts.
• Experience with union workforce.
• Military environment experience preferred.
• PM/CFM certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary POC with KO/COR and stakeholders.
• Ensure contract execution aligns with policies, processes, regulations, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with government to keep scope on schedule and compliant.
• Manage large workforce and subcontractors; hire and mentor staff.
• Accountability for non-conformance reports.
• Accountability for contract P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
• Ensure environmental compliance and cost-saving performance.
• Engage in labor relations and union negotiations.
• Plan contingency operations with DPW and staff.
• Support business development within current and new customers.
