Job summary

CHENEGA BASE & LOGISTICS SERVICES, LLC is seeking a Project Manager (PM) for Base Operations Support at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The PM will serve as the senior on-site representative with authority to manage all BOS services, oversee planning, execution, quality, subcontractors, and compliance.

The role requires leading transition activities, coordinating with Government stakeholders, and ensuring performance against the contract requirements and regulations. Onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent in a management-related field or demonstrated capability.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in base support management or contract of similar scope.
• Obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1 investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall contract performance leadership and daily operations with full authority.
• Serve as central point of contact for contract operations; include after-hours availability.
• Be onsite 07:30–16:30, Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
• Direct and oversee daily contract requirements, ensuring compliance with PWS standards.
• Lead startup, transition-in/out, onboarding, and personnel readiness.
• Coordinate with Contracting Officer, COR, DPW, and installation stakeholders.
