Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation (KIC) seeks a Project Manager for Facilities Maintenance Operations at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The PM will serve as the single point of contact for BASEOPs, leading engineering, maintenance, safety, and quality programs, ensuring contractual performance and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in engineering, construction management, or business administration.
• Five years of base support or facility management experience with revenue >$20M (>$40M preferred).
• CMMS work order management experience; familiarity with GFEBS and cost estimating software desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary government POC for contract matters with KO, COR, and stakeholders.
• Ensure contract execution aligns with policies, processes and deliverables; coordinate with government customers.
• Manage large workforce of trades, administrative staff, and subcontractors; hire and mentor team.
• Be accountable for non-conformance reports and for contract P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Maintain environmental conservation and performance within contract activities; support union negotiations and labor relations.
