Job summary

Tigua Inc. seeks a qualified Project Manager to support a potential government contract at Fort Leonard Wood, MO, and Lake of the Ozarks area. The role oversees daily operations, personnel, and facility maintenance to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, and serving as the government liaison for contract operations, with attention to timelines, quality, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.
• 5+ years in base operations support management or similar contracts.
• Experience supervising personnel and managing daily operations.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance operations and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily contract operations, including facility maintenance, repairs, and support services.
• Manage and supervise assigned personnel to meet timelines and quality.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance and emergency services.
• Serve as primary contact for government representatives on daily operations.
• Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with PWS.
• Develop work schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure staffing, equipment, and resources meet requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and service concerns.
• Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain quality.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company/government policies.
• Assist with employee training, performance evaluations, and personnel matters.
• Coordinate contract transitions and continuity of operations.
