Aleut Federal LLC seeks a Project Manager for the Fort Leonard Wood project to oversee performance, cost, and schedule in accordance with the contract. You will establish policies for program management, supervise staff and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with GFP/GFE and security standards.

The role requires on-site leadership, coordination with government customers, and reporting to the Managing Director, Mission Services. Experience in large-scale base operations and unions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field.
• Minimum five years in base support management or government contracts.
• Experience managing FFP base operations and ID/IQ task orders.
• Experience supervising up to 300 personnel including union workforce.
• Tier 3 security clearance and ability to obtain CAC.

Responsabilités

• Directs budgets, monitors performance and costs.
• Oversees on-site management of subcontractors and staff.
• Develops policies for program management and ensures contract compliance.
• Provides guidance on training, security, safety and environmental policies.
