Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking a BAS Engineering Manager to lead building automation and control system projects, including BAS, PMS, and integration efforts. You will guide design, standards development, and project coordination with engineers, vendors, and clients.

The role emphasizes independent work in a remote setting across the United States, with opportunities to shape technical direction, mentor staff, and deliver high-impact building solutions.

Qualifications

• BAS controls/design experience required or equivalent.
• Experience with BAS, PMS and integrated control systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building automation standards and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BAS/PMS design, include drawings, sequences of operations and specs.
• Coordinate with MEP teams and external partners for QA/QC.
• Develop and maintain BAS/EPMS standards with BIM team.
• Assist in construction administration and shop drawing reviews.
• Lead onsite BAS reviews and feasibility assessments as needed.
• Prepare progress reports and support contract administration.
