You will keep client buildings running efficiently, identify upgrades, and coordinate with project teams from installation through ongoing maintenance, acting as the primary client contact and trusted voice.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to build long-term relationships and contract growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with building automation systems and major control platforms.
• Based in the Seattle area with stable work history in the industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key accounts and ensure systems meet performance goals.
• Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting on Tridium Niagara, Metasys, BACnet, and Schneider systems.
• Spot and recommend upgrades that grow each account.
• Coordinate with project teams from installation through ongoing maintenance.
• Act as the client's main contact for any concern.
