ModernControls, Inc. is seeking a driven BAS Account Manager to support and grow our service and controls business across the Mid-Atlantic region.

The role focuses on managing existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for service agreements, system upgrades, and energy solutions. The BAS Account Manager will work closely with operations, project management, and service teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and align with company objectives, driving revenue

• Financial acumen with understanding of margins and contract structures.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned BAS accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts for service agreements, retrofits, and upgrades.
• Develop account plans to support growth and retention, coordinating with internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and client expectations with Project Managers and Service Teams.
• Manage account profitability including pricing, margins, and contract performance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline and forecasts.
