Responsibilities

As a BAS Controls Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Installation, programming, and commissioning Building Automation Systems (BAS) for a variety of projects.
• Working closely with other team members to integrate HVAC systems and DDC applications into the overall building design.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with BAS, HVAC, and DDC systems, ensuring they function optimally and meet project requirements.
• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of systems to prevent potential issues.
• Providing technical support and guidance to the team, sharing your expertise in BAS, HVAC, and DDC.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure our projects are innovative and compliant.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience within building automation / HVAC controls.
• Proven experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC systems, and Direct Digital Control (DDC) applications.
