Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a Building Automation Service Sales Representative with a BAS/DDC background to join a client-facing growth role in the Columbus area.

You will identify system opportunities, conduct BAS/HVAC assessments, and develop service agreements and retrofit solutions, then build proposals and manage opportunities from prospecting through close while expanding key customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BAS, HVAC controls, or automation.
• Former BAS/DDC technician preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems.
• Experience with controls platforms and sequences of operation.
