Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support owner training and project turnover activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Summary: We are looking for a BAS Project Manager to join our team in Central Massachusetts. This position is ideal for someone who has hands‑on experience with building automation systems and is ready to take the next step into project leadership.

The successful candidate will help manage BAS projects from kickoff through completion while serving as a technical resource for customers, field technicians, and project teams. This role offers a blend of project management, customer interaction, and technical problem‑solving.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Niagara, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Automated Logic, or similar BAS platforms
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, and other building automation protocols
• Experience supporting commercial, healthcare, education, life sciences, or industrial facilities
• Exposure to commissioning, startup, and customer training
