Job summary

Kelso Building Services is seeking a BAS Projects / Parts Coordinator to support the Building Automation Systems team in Phoenix, AZ. The role encompasses administrative tasks, procurement, material management, and project coordination with limited travel.

Responsibilities include assisting project managers, tracking milestones and BOMs, coordinating with engineering and field staff, and aiding in quotation preparation and closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related technical environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, quotations, orders, and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business apps.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist BAS Project Managers with project setup, documentation, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.
• Track milestones, material requirements, submittals, approvals, deliveries, and actions.
• Coordinate with BAS engineering, programming, installation, service, and project management.
• Obtain pricing and manage purchase orders and supplier coordination.
• Support preparation of quotations and project closeout packages.
• Maintain project logs for RFIs, submittals, and BOMs.
• Provide parts and procurement support to field technicians and remote operations.
