Jobot is seeking a BAS Operator / Technician to support a large campus environment at West Point, NY. This hands-on role focuses on operation, maintenance, and optimization of BAS, EMCS, and HVAC controls.

The ideal candidate has strong Niagara N4 certification and experience with Tridium Niagara or similar BAS platforms. Expect field work across multiple buildings, preventive maintenance, system troubleshooting, and potential after-hours support.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with Building Automation Systems or EMS/HVAC controls.
• Niagara N4 Certification is required.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of BAS and HVAC on large facilities.
• Experience with Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, or Distech Controls.
• Strong knowledge of BACnet/IP, Modbus, LonWorks, TCP/IP.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain campus-wide BAS and EMS systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on controllers and sensors.
• Diagnose HVAC control issues and respond to service calls and alarms.
• Install, configure, program, and commission DDC controllers.
• Update control sequences, graphics, trends, and databases.
• Troubleshoot BAS networks and communications protocols.
• Maintain backups, documentation, and service reports.
• Coordinate work with facility staff and contractors.
• Assist with BAS upgrades and system optimization.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and ensure safety compliance.
