Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain EMCS/BAS across campus facilities.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC controls and field devices.
• Respond to service calls per contractual requirements.
• Configure, commission, and troubleshoot DDC controllers.
• Generate maintenance reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with government reps and subcontractors.
