Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BAS/BMS experience required.
• Hands-on experience with BAS/BMS, HVAC controls, DDC controls, system programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience reading electrical and mechanical drawings; reading schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Support growth of the Building Automation division while working independently.
• Program and configure controllers for BAS/BMS projects.
• Conduct system startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of controls and communication issues.
• Read drawings and install/control wiring, sensors, actuators, VAVs, AHUs and RTUs.

• Troubleshooting controls and communication issues
• Reading electrical and mechanical drawings
• Control wiring, sensors, actuators, VAVs, AHUs and RTUs
• Experience with platforms such as Distech, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or similar
• Low-voltage and networking knowledge

Experience: 3+ years of BAS/BMS experience

Candidates with Niagara N4 certification or other BAS manufacturer certifications are strongly encouraged to apply.
