Job summary

Spectrum Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Controls Technician / Operator to support the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. You will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the EMCS, BAS, and HVAC control systems campus-wide.

The role covers preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and system upgrades, with a focus on reliability, documentation, and customer coordination with Government representatives and facilities staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years with Building Automation/Control Systems.
• Niagara N4 Certification is required.
• Experience with DoD or large campus facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain EMCS/BAS across campus facilities.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC control systems and networks.
• Respond to service calls per contractual SLAs.
• Update documentation, backups, and system graphics.
