Qualifications

• Experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS) or HVAC controls sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across the Miami region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the Miami market.
• Sell building automation controls service agreements, installation projects, and preventative maintenance contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and other key decision-makers.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
• Conduct client consultations to understand building requirements and recommend suitable controls solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Work closely with technical, engineering, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and develop long-term customer partnerships.
• Achieve sales targets while contributing to the wider growth of the business across the region.
