Jobot is seeking a BAS Account Executive for Data Center & Mission Critical in Dallas, TX. This hunter role focuses on selling building automation, EPMS, SCADA and PLC solutions to hyperscale and colocation data centers with a hybrid schedule.

You will lead complex solution sales, shape specs with developers, owners and engineers, and negotiate and close deals. 5+ years of data-center sales experience and 25–50% travel are required; base salary plus significant OTE in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling into data center and/or other mission critical facilities.
• Experience selling BAS/HVAC Controls, SCADA, EPMS solutions.
• Ability to travel roughly 25-50% throughout the territory.
• Knowledge of DFW GCs, mechanical contractors, controls contractors, etc.

BAS Account Executive – Data Center & Mission Critical

$140000 - $300000 per year | Dallas, TX | On-site | Permanent

Earn $150K–$175K base plus a sales incentive plan ($300k+ OTE) selling building automation, EPMS, SCADA and PLC solutions to hyperscale and colocation data centers in one of North America's hottest markets, on a hybrid schedule.

Job Details

This is a hunter role. You'll build a DFW growth strategy across hyperscale, datacenter, and enterprise mission-critical facilities, getting in early with developers, owners, GCs, mechanical contractors and consulting engineers to shape specs. You'll lead complex solution sales spanning BAS, EPMS, SCADA and PLC controls, partner with engineering on scopes and proposals, and negotiate and close.

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of experience selling into data center and/or other mission critical facilities
• Experience selling BAS/HVAC Controls, SCADA, EPMS solutions
• Ability to travel roughly 25-50% throughout the territory
• Knowledge of DFW GCs, mechanical contractors, controls contractors, etc.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Hyperscale Datacenter sales experience
• Hands-on technical background in BAS/HVAC Controls/EPMS/SCADA
• Familiarity with commissioning and energy management for mission critical facilities
