Job summary

Air Systems, Inc. in Sacramento seeks a BAS Account Executive to drive growth in Building Automation Systems. You will develop opportunities, expand key client relationships, and deliver HVAC controls solutions for new construction, retrofit, and service.

The ideal candidate combines BAS technical expertise with consultative sales to position Air Systems as a trusted partner for owners, engineers, and contractors while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BAS/HVAC controls or related technical sales experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building automation (DDC).
• Experience estimating controls or mechanical systems and presenting proposals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory strategy to achieve bookings and gross margin goals.
• Identify, qualify, and close BAS opportunities across markets and service.
• Build relationships with owners, general contractors, and engineers.
• Lead RFP responses, technical presentations, and client discussions.
• Ensure turnover to engineering/operations and maintain customer satisfaction.
