Job summary

PERG online in Dallas is seeking enthusiastic, creative bartenders to join the Owners Box team. You will deliver friendly service, maintain a clean, high‑quality bar environment, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities include crafting properly mixed drinks, maintaining knowledge of liquors, upselling food and beverages, restocking, and upholding liquor laws. You must stand 8 hours, lift 50 lbs, communicate well, handle cash, and obtain Texas TABC and Food Handler

Qualifications

• Stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Communicate effectively by telephone and in person.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Must obtain Texas TABC & Food Handler certification on hire if not certified.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment providing courteous service.

Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and driven Bartenders to join the Owners Box team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional and friendly customer service while maintaining a clean, professional, and high-quality bar environment. Your efforts will play a key role in ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve properly mixed and proportioned drinks, in a timely manner, to guests and servers.
• Have excellent working knowledge of liquors, beers and wines.
• Upsell and suggestive sell of both food and beverage to guests.
• Requisition and restock bar with all essential products and equipment.
• Observe and adhere to all liquor liability laws.
• Check identification of guests ensuring alcohol is served only to those patrons of legal drinking age.
• Monitor the intake of alcohol of guests, prohibiting sale of alcohol to those who are intoxicated.
• Communicate with guests and respond to feedback in a positive manner, resolving any service issues.
