Overview

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Bartender to join our team! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar. If you are passionate about mixology and enjoy interacting with people in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Provide a positive and friendly experience to guests.
• Take orders and ensure accurate drink preparation.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and countertops.
• Stock and organize bar supplies, ensuring everything is readily available for use.
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age requirements.
• Handle cash and process payments using the point-of-sale system.
• Keep track of all gaming activities and maintain a good rapport with players to encourage return visits.
• Keep track of inventory and inform the manager of any low-stock items.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous bartending or customer service experience.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and bar equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (21+)
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items (up to 25-30 lbs).
• Flexible availability, including nights, graveyard, weekends, and holidays.
• TAM, Sheriffs, and Food Handlers Card
