Job summary

PERG online in Dallas is seeking enthusiastic, creative bartenders to join the Owners Box team. You will deliver friendly service, maintain a clean, high‑quality bar environment, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities include crafting properly mixed drinks, maintaining knowledge of liquors, upselling food and beverages, restocking, and upholding liquor laws. You must stand 8 hours, lift 50 lbs, communicate well, handle cash, and obtain Texas TABC and Food Handler

Qualifications

• Stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Communicate effectively by telephone and in person.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Must obtain Texas TABC & Food Handler certification on hire if not certified.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment providing courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Serve properly mixed and proportioned drinks to guests and servers.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of liquors, beers and wines.
• Upsell and suggest food and beverage to guests.
• Requisition and restock bar with essential products and equipment.
• Observe liquor liability laws and ensure compliance.
• Check IDs to ensure legality of service.
• Monitor guest alcohol intake and refuse service if intoxicated.
• Communicate with guests and respond to feedback to resolve issues.
