Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft and serve beverages in a high-volume setting, delivering friendly and efficient service to guests. You will showcase knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other drinks while maintaining a clean, organized bar area.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Excellent customer service, multitasking, and ability to work in a smoky environment are essential to thrive in our vibrant, fast-paced atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to obtain ABLE Liquor License.
• Able to obtain Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous bartender experience in a high-volume bar preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to wear a costumed uniform.
• Must be able to work in a smoky environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with speed and accuracy.
• Provide attentive and personalized service, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed during shifts.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
