Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking an Event Bartender for our high-volume venue in Norman, OK. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, engage with guests, and ensure a clean, efficient bar operation during events.

The role requires 21+, ability to obtain ABLE and Gaming licenses, and a customer-focused, multitasking mindset in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain ABLE Liquor License.
• Ability to obtain Gaming License.
• Experience as a bartender in high-volume environments preferred.

Your bartending skills, professionalism, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our events and the satisfaction of our guests.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, engaging with them to enhance their experience.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established cash handling procedures.Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed during events.Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.Collaborate with event staff and management to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 21 years old.Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferred.Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must maintain a presentable appearance with clean uniforms and be able to wear a costume uniform.Superior attendance and punctuality.WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:Stand, walk, and work in a bar environment for extended periods.Lift and carry heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.Moderate to high noise levels.Exposure to a smoky environment.What’s in it for you?We're not just offering you a job; we're presenting you with an opportunity to grow and thrive within our organization.
