Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Barback in Norman, OK to support bartenders by stocking, cleaning, and preparing beverages, maintaining bar stock, and replenishing ice and supplies while ensuring beverage quality and guest satisfaction.

Requirements: must be 21+, able to obtain Gaming and Oklahoma Liquor Licenses, flexible to work nights and weekends, and capable of following instructions with strong guest-service and communication skills.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
• Must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of guest service principles and processes.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Mature judgment and professionalism.
• Ability to understand and follow orders.
• Ability to understand written information.

Responsibilities

• Stock, clean, and prepare beverages under the guidance of the Bartender.
• Maintain adequate supplies of bar items and replenish as needed.
• Wash glasses and serving equipment promptly.
• Stock refrigerating units and replace beer kegs.
• Replenish ice at the bar.
• Clean and polish the bar, counters, shelves, and equipment.
• Prepare food items for drink preparation.
• Manage trash pickup and disposal.
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
• Review procedures to improve service and safety.
