Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Costumed Beverage Server to craft and serve a wide range of beverages in a fast-paced casino setting. You will greet guests with a friendly stage persona, take orders, handle payments, and ensure drink quality and guest satisfaction.

Candidates should be 18+, able to obtain required gaming and liquor licenses, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes entertainment, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety standards

Your bartending skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the overall experience for our guests.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Create a fun-filled, entertaining environment.Greet guests with fast, friendly service, incorporating a stage persona.Ensure guest satisfaction, drink quality, and cleanliness.Have knowledge of drinks, ingredients, and prices.Take orders, serve drinks, explain preparation methods, and inform guests of specials.Check guest identification and manage excessive drinking responsibly.Write orders and handle payments.Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.Review procedures to improve service, performance, and safety.Carrying traysUsing both handsLifting 15–25+ poundsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Must be 18+ years of age.Must be able to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable).Must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Incorporate a stage personality while serving guests.Possess knowledge of guest services and communication skills.Ability to read, write, understand orders, handle cash, and use computers.Employee appearance is a bona fide occupational qualification necessary to ensure that employees maintain the entertainment theme of the casino.
