Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group seeks a Bartender at Springs at The Artesian Hotel, Sulphur, OK. You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with speed and accuracy, provide attentive service, and maintain a clean bar area.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, restocking supplies, and collaborating with staff to ensure guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment. Must be 21+, able to obtain ABLE and Gaming licenses, and flexible to evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to obtain ABLE Liquor License.
• Able to obtain a Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous bartender experience in a high-volume bar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

BARTENDER

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed during shifts.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

• Stand, walk, and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods.
• Lift and carry moderate to heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.
• Moderate to high noise levels.
• Exposure to a smoky environment.
