Job summary

Bluestar Resort & Golf in Peoria, AZ seeks a Bartender to prepare and serve beverages and food at the bar, restaurant, or patio, following company standards. This role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and requires hospitality excellence.

Prior bartending experience and a friendly, fast-paced service mindset are essential; evening and weekend availability is required, with compensation at $12.15 per hour plus tips and eligibility for benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• One year of bartending experience, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
• Must meet state/federal minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide outstanding hospitality at the bar, restaurant, or patio.
• Maintain consistent service standards and quality for guests.
• Greet guests, determine preferences, and make drink recommendations.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately; balance the till.
