Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests in a friendly, efficient manner.

• Mix ingredients to prepare beverages and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Ensure legal drinking age compliance and follow all policies.
• Handle checkout: ringing, cash handling, credit cards, and balancing at shift end.
• Maintain bar setup, inventory, and presentation; assist with opening/closing side work.
• Attend mandatory department trainings and comply with safety and confidentiality requirements.

Division/Department: Black Bear Casino Resort – Food and BeverageLocation: Black Bear Casino Resort - OnsiteReports To: Bar and Beverage ManagerProbationary Period: 90 days – Full time; 120 days – Part timeFLSA Status: Non-Exempt (hourly)Classification: Class C Gaming LicenseDriver’s License: Level 0 - No Driver’s License required.Rate of Pay: $11.41 per hour plus tips (Averaging $16.76 per hour)Responsibilities: Responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests in a friendly, efficient manner.Takes food and beverage orders from guests and/or beverage servers to meet their needs, desires, and expectations in a quick and efficient manner.Effectively responds to manager’s requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns.Performs job duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff.Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare beverages.Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
